My Role: Product Design Lead
As Lead Product Designer of Steering Controls, within the Digital Product Design Team at Ford, I worked with stakeholders, engineers, and collaborated with other designers and researchers to strategize the steering controls product’s future form for vehicles hitting the market in the next three years. I oversaw the strategy, prioritization and redesign of feature offerings for the controls and their interactions accessed by drivers within the car operating ecosystem. I lead the design from component and interaction frameworks, to the user interface, visual design, and integration of those visuals with other necessary interfaces on vehicle screens.
